Vizicard is a free app for iPhone and Android that lets you create a digital (electronic) business card. You show it as a QR code, add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, send it with AirDrop or write it to an NFC sticker – and people save your contact on their phone with one tap, without installing an app. Companies also get packs with team cards and office access passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Vizicard is made by N3O SYSTEM, a company from Poland.

No. Any phone's camera can read the contact QR code and offers to save the contact right away – even offline. An NFC sticker opens a page in the browser with your contact and a “Save contact” button. AirDrop and the contact file (.vcf) work without the app, too.

Yes. Your own business card and all its features are free: no free trial to run out, no limits, no end date and no ads. Only companies pay – a pack bought in the app for the number of people you choose gives each of them a company card and access passes to all the company's offices. We don't collect data for ads or statistics.

No. Vizicard has no accounts and no sign-in. Open the app and create your card right away.

iPhone and Android phones. The other person can have any phone with a camera, because it reads the QR code without an app; an NFC sticker works with any NFC-enabled phone. The app is available in Polish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil) and Ukrainian – it follows your phone’s language, and you can change it in the app’s settings.

Open your card in the app and tap the button to add it to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android). The pass shows your details and a QR code with your contact, so you can show it straight from Wallet without opening the app. You only need the internet to create the pass – the card itself and its QR code work offline, too.

Yes. Add a company in the app, set the logo, color, font, pattern, layout and company details, then add your employees. Their cards are created on your phone, always in your company's style – you can show them, send them or add them to Wallet. Changing the company's design changes all its cards. Team cards work within the company's pack – for as many people as you need, together with office access passes.

In the app, add an office to your company and issue an access pass: to an employee from their card or to a guest, for a day, a week, a month, a year or with no end date. The recipient gets a link and adds the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet – they don't need the app or an account. For each pass you choose how it opens the door: with a QR code the recipient shows to reception or a reader, or by NFC – holding the phone to the reader, once Apple and Google switch it on. Passes work within the company's pack: everyone in it gets passes to all the offices. You revoke a pass with one tap, and it becomes invalid in Wallet at once. Names are stored only on your devices and in the recipients' Wallet – our server knows nothing but the pass numbers.

The app writes your contact to an NFC sticker or card. When someone taps it with an NFC-enabled phone, a page opens with your contact and a “Save contact” button. The details are stored on the sticker itself – they never reach our server.

Yes. In the app, take a photo of the card or pick one from your photo library. Vizicard reads the name, phone number, email and address; you check the details and add the contact to your phone in one step. The text is read on your phone – the photo is never sent anywhere.

You never print a digital business card and never run out of it – it’s always on your phone. People don’t type your details by hand: they scan the QR code and have your contact on their phone right away, with no typos. When your number or job title changes, you update the details in the app instead of printing new cards. And the paper cards you receive go straight into your contacts with Vizicard’s scanner.

On your phone – and, if you turn on iCloud sync or Google backup, in your own Apple or Google account. We don't keep your cards on a server of ours and we don't make copies. When you add a card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the app sends its details to our service, which creates the pass and forgets them straight away. For office access passes, our server stores only the company's pack, the offices' details and the pass numbers – the recipient's name is encrypted in the link and in the pass itself. If you turn on iCloud sync (iPhone) or Google backup (Android) in the app's settings, your cards come back on your new phone. Without it, they live only on your phone (and in your iPhone's full backup, if you make one), so deleting the app deletes them too. Passes added to Wallet and contacts saved by other people stay where they are.
